The Learning to Work (LTW) program at FDR YABC provides opportunities for students to gain hands-on work experience through subsidized internships. Participants in the LTW program further gain exposure to the world of work through job readiness workshops, career presentations, and individual counseling, to help clarify career goals, and receive internship support. Students are placed at local businesses and organizations in positions that match their career interests.
